How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. For example, if you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. It would be best if you also verified that the URL for the page you are on includes âHTTPSâ at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service.

We use Square, Stripe, and Paypal for payment and the following cards are accepted: JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. Therefore, you may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order containing multiple items shipped at different times.
Can I return my Mystery Box or any items from my Mystery Box?
Just like all of our in-person Sample Sales, these purchases will be FINAL SALE. We cannot accept any returns or requests for exchanges, and we will not be making any exceptions for any reason.
What if nothing fits or what if itâs not my style?
Just like at our in-person sample sales, weâre afraid nothing is guaranteed. If items in your box do not work for you we suggest you try and swap with friends or consider posting the item for someone else in the community to snap up. We truly hope you find satisfaction and joy in your box, but weâre afraid there is no way around the fact that while fun, a mystery is by its nature a risk.

1. Choose one piece of items and click on the âAdd to Cartâ button, if you want to buy a variety of colors, add them into the cart one by one.
2. Continue to checkout: Choose the payment method you want to use. The page will direct you to make a payment.
3 . Input your shipping address, email address, and phone number, and click âContinueâ.
4. Verify information.
5. Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.
